Supplies: Toilet Paper tubes(one per place setting); a pretty paper you like; ribbon; candies or little trinkets
Adding a very special touch to your Christmas place setting are Christmas "Crackers". They are advertised in the cutest, trendiest magazines every Fall but you can make ones that every bit as cute and fun for your Holiday Table. Kids will LOVE these and they are so easy to make.
Select
a paper that will work with your Christmas table. Chose a foil, a Christmas
wrapping paper, a tissue paper, just about any paper will work and be fun.
If you use tissue paper, you can get exactly two cuts from every sheet. Fold
the sheet in half, cut. Center toilet paper tube in the middle of the paper
and roll up. Tie ribbon around one end. Now is the time to load your candy
and goodies in! Tie the ribbon on the other end. If you used curling ribbon,
curl the ends for the best effect.
