craftsLighting the way with Luminaria In a subdivision in my hometown in Louisiana called Kenilworth, every year the entire subdivision participates in a tradition of luminaria making for an absolutely beautiful drive through showing. According to tradition, they are put out to light the way for the Christ Child...thus, they are once again lit on Christmas Eve. Make your own Luminaria. Rating: Medium-High. Simple to do, inexpensive. Very nice overall effect especially if you can get your neighbors to do the same. Rating goes even higher if neighborhood joins in. Not broadly engaged in.
