Weathering the changing of call letters from WIIC to WPXI, Pat Shingleton . Sitting alongside Rocky Blier, Alan Frio and a host of other tv notables, Shingleton ultimately joined his wife in Baton Rouge to start his WePlay Baton Rouge gameshow.
