Say it as you see it

If you don't tell people how you feel, who will? Who will stand up for you if you don't? Now, this doesn't mean that you need to take the high road every time you walk out of the door because most of time others need to be heard also. They don't need to be lectured to. We all have that need. However, no one will benefit from you withholding information or being a doormat... least of all you. Many times we think we are actually being kind by not saying something hurtful to the other person but, in truth, this piece of information could create a cathartic change in their life.
