2. Weathercaster name, correct pronunciation and on-air title

3. City or air name to be on Santa's on-board computer screen

4. Type of format needed: Beta, DVC-Pro, DVD or email video.

5. Station contact name, title, phone number, e-mail and physical mailing address.

6. Completed Santa Tracks™ license agreement and payment.

7. Shipping - Tapes will be sent out USPS ground mail.
